With a Deep Sentinel subscription, you’ll be provided unlimited 24/7 monitoring by our Surveillance Team (based in the US). The subscription also provides the ability to personalize the Artificial Intelligence settings in the Deep Sentinel app.

Every Deep Sentinel system is sold with a minimum one year commitment to our $49/mo subscription service (or $488 discounted upfront for 1 year).

Your subscription charge will not start 30 days after ship date. However, you may activate your system as soon as you receive it. Once activated, you will receive LiveSentinel™ (24/7 human intervention).

After 1 year, the subscription will renew month-to-month or year-to-year depending on your subscription plan, but you may cancel at anytime. Deep Sentinel is only available for use in the U.S. and for residential home use only.
